Introduction Continue: <ul><li>General Changes: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Circular went into effect November 1 2008 </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Reorganization of Chapters </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Distinguished between grant administration (think TEAM-related activities) and project management </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Updated to reflect current policy and practices; including incorporation of Dear Colleague letters issued since 1998 </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Added links for additional sources of information </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Added examples </li></ul></ul>
