This session will provide schools that are in their first few years of MAP administration with an overview of the structural components to consider as they use data, set up schedules, communicate with/involve parents, and incorporate a variety of instructional resources. Menominee Tribal School will share their evolution to data-based decision making, using MAP data, to inform planning and instruction. We have shown tremendous growth since we started MAP assessments. MTS is a BIE-funded school serving 190 students in grades K-8. Nearly 90% of our students qualify for free-reduced lunch. MTS ranks #3 of all BIE Reads Schools in reading achievement. My role is Principal/Administrator - I oversee curriculum, instruction, day-to-day operations, as well as budget and reporting accountability.
