Exceptional Talent, Exceptional SkillsThe Higher Apprenticeship is supported by:Technical Apprenticeship Service (TAS)•Manage delivery of the Higher Apprenticeship.•Help specify, advertise and recruit apprentices and support internal HR & trainingfacilities.•Help source local and national training provision.•Contractually can employ the apprentice on behalf of the employer to overcomeany ‘headcount’ issues and reduce any perceived ‘risk’.National Apprenticeship Services (NAS)•Quality assured national framework.•Advertise for Higher Apprentices through apprentice matching service.•Recognition of your company training through national awards schemes.
