Only 8% of applicants are accepted. • Average quality score of 95% . • Productising service using data, technology and rigorous processes and incentive plan based on customer delight ..... not found today in the current fragmented market. * Beauty Services market worth £6 billion in UK. • Invested in team, scalable processes, ‘self serve’ tech and roll out testing (‘playbook’).
