  17. 17. Executive team Peter De Caluwe - CEO Peter De Caluwe joined Ogone in 2003 as Chief Operating Officer and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2008. He gained experience in the payment industry while working as Sales Manager for Tyco International where he was responsible for the launch of payment terminals on the Belgian market. After leaving Tyco International, he joined Bank Card Company, the major Belgian credit card acquirer, where he was key account manager in charge of developing cross border and central acquiring. Koen Casteleyn - Chief Financial Officer Koen Casteleyn joined Ogone in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. Before Ogone, Koen worked as CFO at City Hotels where he was in charge of finance and accounting - including the consolidation of European and US subsidiaries - and played an active role in hotel divestments. At Almafin (KBC group), he was involved in cross border leasing transactions and operating lease. Marcus W. Mosen - Chief Commercial Officer Marcus W. Mosen joined Ogone in 2010 as Chief Commercial Officer. Before Ogone, Marcus held various senior management positions at Easycash, First Data International and, prior to that, at GZS (Gesellschaft für Zahlungssysteme mbH). Mosen began his professional career at the German Treuhandanstalt privatisation agency from there he moved to the telecommunications industry and joined Vebacom/Otelo in 1995. Jurgen Verstraete - Chief Operations Officer Jurgen Verstraete joined Ogone in 2005 and has succesfully headed the Customer Care and Operations teams. His thorough knowledge of Ogones strategy, his pragmatic approach and his technology experience are just some of the winning assets that led the Executive Committee to appoint him COO in 2012. He owes his extensive technical knowledge to his training in computer sciences and his former work experience in such firms as IP Globalnet, Telindus and PerkinElmer. 17
