 Individually and to assist with my Qc team for Dimensional, Visual inspection of all Incoming components
like Forged, Casted valve components, fasteners, gaskets, packing’s, Gear Box, Pump’s and Booster
Actuators, pipes, flanges, fittings, pressure vessels and others manufacturing components of valve Trim
components materials checking with Purchase order mentioned drawing, and specification.
NCR’s handling for all Local and international Supplier and follow-up with Purchase for Replacement
material and Corrective Action Report’s.
After completed inspection, Material certificates were verified as per PO mentioned ASTM, API, NACE,
ASME standards, MDS, also with client Requirement & ITP.
 The GRN have been posted in ERP & Feeding the MTC’S and Calibration Certificates to the team
to upload in system on time.
VALVE INSPECTION:
 Checking the material as per customer Specification & verifying with Approved GAD Drawings,
Data sheet, Purchase Order.
 If Deviation communicating to Purchase, Project & resolving the issue Before Approving ERP
CALIBRATION ACTIVITY:
 Instruments like micrometer, Vernier caliper, height gauge, Thread gauges, pressure gauges, wall
thickness gauge, DFT gauge, PH & Chlorine meter, PMI, Portable Hardness M/C etc.., have been
monitored regularly for due for calibration, and get it calibrated internally, externally, the valid
Certificates have been uploaded in ERP on regular basis.
 Pressure Gauges calibrating in-house and making calibration Certification for pressure gauge’s
&Certification uploading in system.
