New Initiatives and development <ul><li>Access to Food and Nutrition (TSC Funded) </li></ul><ul><li>Work with the individual needs of existing Meals on Wheels recipients to identify appropriate opportunities for access to food and meals according to their need </li></ul><ul><li>Map existing lunch clubs and other communal eating opportunities </li></ul><ul><li>Develop new opportunities for access to food and meals by supporting emerging lunch clubs, opportunities through Day Centres, Schools, Pubs and Clubs etc. </li></ul><ul><li>Work with older people and local agencies to find solutions to identified needs. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the needs of excluded individuals and groups are identified and met as part of this process. </li></ul>

New Initiatives and development <ul><li>Volunteer Driver and Car Scheme (LAA Funded) </li></ul><ul><li>Map existing community transport and volunteer driver/car schemes </li></ul><ul><li>Co-ordinate, develop and support new opportunities for volunteer driver and car schemes to emerge in Dorset settlements. </li></ul><ul><li>Work with older people and local agencies to find solutions to identified needs. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the needs of excluded individuals and groups are identified and met as part of this process. </li></ul>
