    28. 28. Request the voter history for your entire community in electronic format.<br />

    30. 30. Export your student directory information. Be sure your parents have given you permission to use this data. Add to this list, other groups directories such as PTA’s, <br />Sports groups et al.<br />
    31. 31. Merge all data together.<br />
    32. 32. Create your electronic communication channel via email.<br />
    33. 33. Host events that are designed to provide these people with information about your budget. <br />You want to invite them so that you can identify them.<br />
    34. 34. Build your Facebook Fan Page and invite these people to join it.<br />
    35. 35. Create awesome videos about the ROI.<br />
    36. 36. And put kids in the videos. Not you and your staff.<br />
    37. 37. Tweet….like crazy.<br />
    38. 38. Build your list of mobile phone numbers<br />And invite people to opt in for text messaging.<br />Begin using your reverse 911 system for <br />non emergency messages. Let people opt in to permit not emergency calls.<br />
