Day to day management of manufacturing facility utilising recycled materials to produce small animal bedding products. Some bedding products are also aimed at cats, dogs, pigs and horses and are packaged in larger bale format. Products are made from various waste paper materials such as tea bag paper and coffee filter papers, viscose fibre (fluff bedding) in white, pink, blue and yellow. Management of people with various disabilities as well as others who have various barriers to work such as the long term unemployed.
