Responsible for conceptualising, designing and implementation ofthe Learning, Training and Employee Development initiatives at Raymond Retail.Previously he was Corporate Head of Training and Development with RKHS (now Sodexo),with more than 18,000 staff. Was responsible for Pan-India Training and Developmentactivities; the Training team had 21 members spread across the country and the “Centre forLearning and Development” was at Mumbai. Was a Part of the “Leadership & Growth” team,which consisted of Senior Management from the company.Has also worked as “Hotel Services Trainer” with P&O Princess Cruises for 6 years from1999 to 2005. This assignment involved travelling on board P&O and Princess Cruises shipsbased in US and UK to conduct training sessions on board the cruise ships, as well as, theTraining Centre in Mumbai. The responsibilities also included training staff in the Philippines.Arun is an M.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Madras in 2004 and also has a PGDiploma in HR and Personnel Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning –2001. He has also Completed level 1 certification in “Executive Coaching” from Institute ofExecutive Coaching and Leadership, Australia • Suchitra Bhaskar- Head-Training & Org. Development- CRISILSuchitra Bhaskar is Head -Training & Organisational Development at CRISIL, a Standard &Poor’s Company. She leads the People capability building initiatives by charting the Trainingand Leadership Development agenda for the Organisation.Suchitra is a seasoned HR professional with over 12 years experience in the Training,Leadership Development & Talent Management. She is certified in various PsychometricAssessments instruments and uses this knowledge to further her Leadership development &Training initiatives.
