SYNTHESIZE <ul><li>Bring together the things in your life with school </li></ul><ul><li>Look for things to combine </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Exercise and time with kids </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Extended Starbucks Time, Pick up coffee but steal away an 15 minutes to an hour to read/study while your there. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Involve your family in your school work, make it dinner discussion. This helped me deal with the added stress. </li></ul></ul>
