Following a group meeting, go through this list and check the box next to the statement if you’re answer is Yes! ●Was the goal or purpose of the session clear to you and to the participants prior to the start of the meeting? ●Did you welcome everyone by name or personally introduce yourself to new people? ●Was your facilitation style helpful with the type of group you led? ●Did you delegate certain responsibilities or leadership roles to group members? ●Did everyone have an equal opportunity to speak? ●Did you remain neutral or unbiased in your opinions? ●Would you consider the group members “supportive”? ●Was there a clear agenda for the group members? ●If you worked with a co-facilitator, were the two of you supportive to one another? ●Were diverse views honored and respected by others? ●Was the level of trust among group members stronger?
