Love, The Greatest commandment, part 8

  1. 1. Love, the Greatest Commandment, Part 8 Give, Don’t Steal The eighth of the Ten Commandments says: “You shall not steal” (Exodus 20:15 ESV). When we love God with all of our heart, soul, and mind, and our neighbor as ourselves …1 We will be considerate of the needs of others. And for sure we won’t want to steal from them, because we know how we would feel if something of ours was stolen. 1 Matthew 22:37–39 ESV Those hair clips are so pretty, I wish I had some just like that.
  2. 2. Here’s your hair clip. You left it on the table. Thank you! I’d hate to lose that! It’s my favorite gift from my grandpa. Oh, Lupita forgot her hair clip. I’d like one like this. Maybe I could keep it.
  3. 3. Jesus taught to give, which is the opposite of stealing. “He who has two tunics [coats], let him give to him who has none; and he who has food, let him do likewise” (Luke 3:11 NKJV). Hazel, thanks again for finding my lost hair clip. I found these in my drawer. They are clips like the ones my grandpa gave me. Would you like to have them? Authored by Christi S. Lynch.
