This new round of financing is aimed at accelerating the company's growth in France and in neighboring French-speaking countries. MyJobCompany undertook its first campaign to raise EUR 400,000 in 2013. MyJobCompany revolutionizes the recruitment market with a proven concept of transforming its users into headhunters by using an innovative co-optation technology. In 4 years, the company built up a community of 100,000 headhunters and 300 industry experts. The swift dissemination of job offers through social networks and talent pre-selection via FairWare, as well as their intelligent matching technology enable MyJobCompany to achieve unique average candidate presentation times. Thus, the average candidate placement time is 12 days versus the 32-days average of conventional recruiting companies. Today, MyJobCompany has over 600 corporate clients, including Altran, Boston Consulting Group, Danone, John Paul, Le Bon Coin, Pôle emploi, Rakuten, Monoprix or Tesla, using the platform for their recruitment.
