The RRISL Model focuses on relief, recovery, transition, and self-reliance. It conducts emergency assessments and interventions according to humanitarian standards. In recovery, it facilitates community participation in assessments, information sharing, and interventions with partners. For self-reliance, it builds business models and partnerships for sustainability, increases access to financial services, and provides business support. It also promotes innovation through entrepreneurship, ICT, product development, and monitoring and evaluation.
