Step One: Multiply or Divide the number ignoring the signs.
Step Two: Are the Signs the same or different.
Step Three: If the signs are the SAME then it is Positive.
Step Four: If the signs are Different then it is Negative.
NOTE: This rule only works for only two integers. If you have more
than two integers you have to break it down into steps.

Step Three: If the signs are the SAME then it is Positive. Step Four: If the signs are Different then it is Negative. NOTE: This rule only works for only two integers.
