14. Providers of Newsgroups Giganews is one of the biggest providers of newsgroups. Their advantages are that they provide unlimited speed, 24/7 support and up to 50 connections, but this all comes at a really expensive price.
15. Providers of Bulletin Boards There are no providers left of actual “Bulletin Board Systems” so I went for a forum system that was evolved from that, and works on the same principles. Advantages to this are that they provide a service with excellent support, and host it themselves. They also have a cheap plan for those not wanting much. However, the service can often be glitchy, and doesn’t operate the same way as a Bulletin Board System
