Introduction
 Analytics is the systematic analysis of data
or statistics which is applied in business data
to describe, predict and improve the
performance of business.
 It is a multi dimensional discipline which
takes extensive use of mathematics and
statistics, descriptive techniques and
models to gain knowledge from data and
data analysis.

 For example consider if a company is
releasing a product and that product has
not reached well to the people and it
attained loss to the company.
 In this case they may use analytics model
to check why the product is a failure and
collect data regarding it and eradicate
the flaws in the product through it and
improve the success of the product.

 Analytics is rapidly emerging trend in this
business world.
 Every business is profit driven which makes this
field important.
 With the help of analytics, one can
succeed in business, marketing etc.,

 There are several areas in Analytics like
Predictive analytics, Retail analytics, Web
analytics, Fraud Analytics, Risk Analysis,etc.,
 I believe in next five years Predictive
Analytics will be a major sector which will
have a greater impact of Analytics.
 It is due to Business men, Educational
institution, Social entertainment people,
Retails and cost price business can utilize
predictive analytics and increase their
performance.

Interest Areas
 I can suggest a solution to a existing
problem of increasing CRIME RATE using
Predictive Analytics.
 Using Predictive analytics ,the criminals
data can be collected from real time
feeds of public and police database
which are processed and it gives a
glimpse into where and when crimes are
likely to happen in a graphical manner.
 This helps the police department to
reduce crimes which in turn helps the
people to have a secured life.

 Predictive analytics using Big Data, Web
Analytics, Fraud analytics are my favorite
areas in analytics.
 I will fully utilize the best ever training given
by the Mphasis Company and learn new
things and unleash my potential and
complete my dream successfully.
