3. 3.

With a clearly articulated mandate, employees and management were asked to close their eyes and listen intently to a song.

During the opening instrumental they imagined walking down a long hallway with many doors. When they felt ready to explore, they could open any door to see what was on the other side.

The song was specifically chosen to evoke an emotional sense of leadership, in this case, America The Beautiful sung by the very soulful, Ray Charles.

A new drugstore chain in a crowded marketplace wanted to quickly establish themselves as leaders MUSIC A first-of-its-kind program connecting pharmacists with patients to help them better understand and manage their medications, supported by an award winning multi-media campaign that focused on families overcoming their daily obstacles.
