LSP global community meeting 2017

  1. 1. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitators global meeting Billund, LEGO House October 2017 From „community” to „community of practice”
  2. 2. I am quite a newbie (certified in May 2017) in the LSP community… many mistakes behind me… many stairs to climb…
  3. 3. Oh no, wait. Nothing-to-climb. Feel free to lean in! This me what ‘inclusive community’ stands for. Stop&Stare.Talk&Share. This is your experiential playground. Pick up your set of bricks.
  4. 4. It is all about human interactions and their creative confidence, not only about LEGO® bricks. And you could learn from facilitators from all the regions of the world… excluding Sub-Saharan Africa 
  5. 5. My take aways… 1. Do not LEGOtize your world. The material brings engagement to the room, indeed, but the whole concept is not about LEGO® builiding. 2. Failure happens Even if you fail your workshop, your participants are gaining creative confidence. 3. Design playful experience and let them play!
  6. 6. Mashing up with other methods
  7. 7. It is good to hear some stories from consulting point to view…
  8. 8. High quality experience in 1.5h with 40 people? In Russia, with Tatiana impossible is nothing.
  9. 9. …only if you do skill building part RIGHT!
  10. 10. Minna knows how to bring some emotions to the production sites in Finland.
  11. 11. Waterfalls of ideas while talking to LSP community members
  12. 12. I claimed ”frog” a new „duck”… But Robert suggested that I may be wrong 
