Professional vacuum cleaner for the effi-
cient cleaning of buildings. Powerful, reli-
able, sturdy and particularly user-friendly.
The dry tub vac S 12 of the nilco S-series
is ideally suitable for cleaning offices, hotel
rooms, shops and similar professional
applications.
It has a noise-reducing motor head utilising
a triple-filter: Micro-nonwoven dust bag, tex-
tile fine dust filter and motor protection filter.
Thanks to the low weight of only 5,9 kg and
the practical carry handle, the S 12 is easy to
transport from place to place. The five-castor
trolley ensures stability and provides multi-
directional mobility and easy tracking. The
large operating radius with a 10m power cord
and an extra-long 2,5 m suction hose makes
cleaning comfortable and allows flexible
working.The nilco S 12 is delivered with a

areas, between rows of seats in cinemas,
auditoriums and theatres, trains, buses
and aircrafts and are regularly used hap-

The nilco RS 600 is an extremely compact
ride-on scrubber dryer. It’s the ideal and
economic alternative to any comparable
walk-behind machine und saves up to 50%
working time in the maintenance cleaning of

Care system
Polishing and final gloss polish.
As soon as the wax has been absorbed, use
the electric floor polisher with the polishing
brushes. The final gloss polish is then done
with the felt pads.
The polishing brushes are
both soft and durable.
Felt pads are usable on
both sides.
Waxing. The wax is sprayed on or applied
to the floor and by means of the hard fibre
brushes it is evenly rubbed into the floor.
Wash the hard fiber
brushes after waxing if
they will also be used for
scrubbing later on.
The SB pads are made of
durable nylon, also easily
washable later on.
(Scotch-Brite).
Grinding. Dirt and wax residues are com-
pletely removed from untreated wooden floors
by means of the special sanding pads. In case
