  4. 4. Eligibility: Full Time Iranian students attending universities in the DC area and the Mid-Atlantic States United States. New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland,Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut, North Carolina
  5. 5. Application evaluation 5 • Competition in each degree category is kept separate from other categories, i.e., all BS applications compete with each other, MS(s) with MS(s) and PhD(s) with PhD(s). Evaluation Basis
