Modern Medical communicates and follow up with Claimant, Physician, Attorney, Discharge Planner, Field Case Manager and Bill Review. Locate and coordinate home health care, schedule and confirm appointments, coordinate IV medication and monitor patient’s progress. Locate vendor & equipment, coordinate delivery of equipment, manage claimant’s utilization of equipment, order additional supplies if needed and retrieve equipment after use. Contact transportation provider, schedule, confirm and verify appointments and addresses. We work harder to make your job easier, more efficient and cost effective!
