Now, a more dynamic process, one we've already begun for next year.The purpose of PDR has changed for us (not the university)..EPORT SUPPORT: EPortfolios have aided in valuing our scholarly work and worth through making our work explicit and connected to performance standards (indicators). EPortfolios were used to build self efficacy around being an ECAR through providing a dynamic representation of teaching, research and service. building SE as an academic and self confidence during PDR meeting EPortfolio was the tool used to put the D back in PDR. EPortfolio is tool (Linchpin??) around which our Community of Practice was built.
