  • A VoiceThread is a collaborative, multimedia slide show that holds images, documents, and videos and allows people to navigate slides and leave comments in 5 ways - using voice (with a mic or telephone), text, audio file, or video (via a webcam). • Xtranormal’smission is ‘to bring movie-making to the people’. Everyone watches movies so Xtranormal believe everyone can make movies. Movie-making, short and long, online and on-screen, private and public, will be the most important communications process of the 21st century.Their revolutionary approach to movie-making builds on an almost universally held skill—typing. You type something; they turn it into a movie. The movies can be embedded via HTML code or uploaded to film hosting sites such as YouTube
  • Presentations have not evolved much in the 50 years since the slide was invented, but Prezi is changing that. Prezi lets you bring your ideas into one space and see how they relate, helping you and your audience connect. Zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to see details — a bit like web-based maps that have changed how we navigate through map books.
  • Tagxedo turns words -- famous speeches, news articles, slogans and themes, even your love letters -- into a visually stunning word cloud, words individually sized appropriately to highlight the frequencies of occurrence within the body of text.
  • Take a picture or make a short video of what you see on your computer monitor. Share it instantly via web, email, IM, Twitter or your blog.
  • ipadio combines the telephone with the blog to create an audio “phonecast” which is streamed Live to the Internet. You can phonecast from any phone, anywhere in the world - no need for a computer or even access to the Internet.Phonecasts can be cross-posted to social media and blogging platforms, embedded on any number of websites, or securely integrated with corporate databases and CRM systems.Phonecasts can be converted to text, geo-located and put on a map, and either streamed live or moderated. As well as making phone blogging an easy means of communication for people around the world, this combination - the flexibility & power of the Internet plus the reach & simplicity of phones - has made ipadio ideal for business communications and operations.

  • Qwiki's goal is to forever improve the way people experience information.Whether you’re planning a vacation on the web, evaluating restaurants on your phone, or helping with homework in front of the family Google TV, Qwiki is working to deliver information in a format that's quintessentially human – via storytelling instead of search. We are the first to turn information into an experience. We believe that just because data is stored by machines doesn’t mean it should be presented as a machine-readable list. Let's try harder.Think of asking your favorite teacher about Leonardo Da Vinci, or your most well-traveled friend about Buenos Aires: this is the experience Qwiki will eventually deliver, on demand, wherever you are in the world… on whatever device you’re using.
  • PBworks hosts over 300,000 educational workspaces, and has helped transform teaching and learning for millions of students, parents and teachers. Encourage student-centered learning.  Even young students can build web pages, embed images & video, and post documents.  Make distance learning more interactive and collaborative, support research teams, and improve inter-departmental coordination.
