Beliefs are similar to values, but they relate to your fundamental principles.
Relate your goals to your beliefs
Beliefs are not always religious. They can be philosophical. They form your
view on the world as the holistic system
We all have beliefs regardless if you agree or not.
Beliefs can be very selfish and egocentric as well as altruistic and selfless.
Beliefs are always positive. Use the positive light from your Belief and

Emotions are results of your brain chemical and electrical reactions are are
deeply embodied in your life
Relate your goals to your emotions. That is the fastest way to success
Emotions are like steroids; if you show them direction they will boost power
If you fight with your emotions, you will most likely not achieve your goals
To change your emotions you would have to re-wire your brain
Make sure that you do not use negative
emotions in your goals. Always use positive

10. Tool #4: Counter your fears
The main principle of psychology is: Humans have issues.
You and many others have some past experiences – about which you have
already forgotten - which trigger unexplained emotions and reactions.
These reactions and fears come usually in unexpected moments sabotaging
your efforts to achieve something valuable
If any of your goal or sub goals somehow trigger your old fears, you will start
acting irrationally and will not be able to explain it logically.
Best and only way to work with your fears is to examining them day by them
and when they arise.
Positive thinking will help you working with your fears. Fears are always negatively charged

11. Tool #5: SMART plan
If you want to achieve your goals you need to have a plan. Your plan must
be:
Specific – you need to be clear, in details what you want to achieve. Write it
down!!!
Measurable – you need to have the measurement to know if the goal has
been achieved or not.
Achievable – goals must be within your range, not outside your capability
(you can always extend your capability)
Relevant – it has to be somehow important to you
Timed – you need to have a time frame for your dream
Remember to charge your SMART plan with the positive energy, emotions and
thoughts to make it effective

end goal
