  2. 2. Job Description <ul><li>A lawyer works for his client (company or a person) </li></ul><ul><li>He also has to do research on the case and find evidence on the subject </li></ul><ul><li>Using the evidence a lawyer has to make a testimony for the judge </li></ul>

Education/Training & Skills <ul><li>A lawyer must have at least 3 years of law school </li></ul><ul><li>Before law school training, a lawyer must have 4 years of undergraduate study and obtain at least a bachelors degree </li></ul><ul><li>A lawyer can also have an apprenticeship with someone who works in a related field of law </li></ul><ul><li>Many people who decide they would like to pursue a career in the field of law do debate team and other related electives </li></ul><ul><li>Skills used by lawyers are speech/grammar, logical thinking, and judgment </li></ul>
