These tours will provide attendees with a sample of how education is being transformed by inspiring leaders, expert educators, confident and creative young people. Attendees will see how physical spaces, intentional learning design and the thoughtful use of technology are combined to create innovative teaching and personalized learning. Tours will be offered on Tuesday, 24th, 25th and 26th January from approximately 10am – 12pm (departure times and locations will be confirmed nearer the time) the pick up point will be at the Microsoft offices in Paddington. Please note that in order to register for the School Tours you will need to register to the Bett Show, at the end of the registration process you will be asked to choose your tour. That’s exactly what students across the UK are finding out, using micro:bit mini-computers. The Rocket Car Competition is using a 1,000mph world land speed record attempt to inspire students to get involved in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
