Searching the UC Library catalog

  2. 2. Click on the “Find Books & Articles” link under the Library heading tab
  3. 3. Click the book stack on the left side of the page
  4. 4. To Search By Title Type the title of the book here Specify “title” as type of search Specify University Center of Southern Oklahoma in the drop down menu
  5. 5. Title Search Results Page Book title, author and publication information Book call number Standard Shelving Location means the book is available for check out
  6. 6. Search by Subject
  7. 7. Search results for subject “gun control” Book Title, Advance to the next Author & Call slide to see Number information about this first book
  8. 8. Detailed record for gun control book Book Title, Author and Publication Information Call number The Location shows that this is a reference book. Reference Books are to be used in the library only
