  1. 1. Yes, we’re hiring and training sales agents.
  2. 2. The Insurance Barn, through its subsidiary, The Benefit Barn provides insurance benefit packages to small businesses. It will be your responsibility to develop and maintain 24 – 36 new business relationships each year .
  3. 3. You will work with small business owners with 2- 15 employees.
  4. 4. In order to conduct business you will need 3 things. •Laptop Computer •Cell Phone •Insurance License
  5. 5. While the expense and overhead of an office was once considered a prerequisite for insurance related sales, it no longer is. With laptop computers and cell phones you will be able to conduct business from anywhere you wish.
  6. 6. Licensing Prospecting Product Sales Techniques
  7. 7. Compensation is based on results. You will be paid a fair commission each month a group for whom you are responsible pays their premium
  8. 8. Texas law forbids The Insurance Barn from offering any compensation or otherwise allow you to speak with the public about any insurance product without first obtaining the proper licenses. If you are already licensed you may start immediately, If, however you are not licensed, The Insurance Barn can sponsor you to obtain your license.
