4. 4. Seating and ID Numbers
Seating arrangement in the exam will be decided by the exam invigilators. They also have the authority to change the seating arrangement if necessary.
In taking the examination, you will be required of your ID number. So make sure that you have it before taking the exam.
To get your ID numbers, see your homeroom teacher.
5. 5. Entering and leaving the exam room
Be on time for the exam. Any student who is late for 15 minutes will not be allowed to take the current exam. The student who missed the exam should make proper arrangement with the subject teacher for the re-test.
When leaving the exam room, you have to get the invigilator’s permission and must leave quietly to avoid disturbing the other students writing their exams.
6. 6. Entering and leaving the exam room
Make sure to visit the rest rooms and drinking stations before the exam starts.
Going out of the exam room while the exam is going-on is not preferred. In case of emergencies, please make an arrangement with the exam invigilators.
7. 7. Exam Materials:
Paper-based Exams:
Pens
Pencils
Eraser
Ruler
Calculator *
Dictionary *
Computer-based Exams:
Calculator *
Dictionary *
* only if teacher approves
8. 8. Proper Behavior
All rules in the Student Handbook will apply.
Eating, unless for medical reasons, is not permitted in the exam room.
Any personal belongings such as mobile phones, books, revision notes or written material of any kind must be given to the Invigilators. They should not, in any way, be on your desk.
9. 9. Proper Behavior
You must switch off all mobile phones prior to entering the exam room.
If you have questions, raise your hand and wait for the invigilators to come.
Any of these actions is considered Cheating:
Having any book, notes or documents on you at any time during the exam.
Talking to, copying from, or in any way communicating with another student
Note: Students caught cheating will automatically get zero (0) for that exam
10. 10. Thank you.
Good luck on your exams.
