I live in Lexington, Kentucky and attend the<br />University of Kentucky.<br />No, I don’t ride horses, but I do love Kentucky <br />go cats!<br />
I graduated from the University <br />of Kentucky in May, 2012.<br /><ul><li>I have a BA in Psychology. </li></li></ul><li>During my junior and senior years of college I was involved in a research project with the Child and Family Development Lab at the University of Kentucky. <br />The Child Sleep Project, headed by Dr. Peggy Keller hopes to find links between family stress and alcohol use and sleep problems in children.<br />I completed the Honor’s Program at Uk. <br />
I held an internship during my senior year at Good Samaratin Hospital under guidance from Dr. Unknown. <br />I am currently employed at Almost Home Child Care in Lexington, Kentucky as a teacher in the one-year old classroom.<br />

My highest career aspiration is to become a clinical psychologist!<br />I would like to attend graduate school in order to obtain my PSY-D.<br />
My top two career goals after becoming a licensed psychologist are…<br />Child Psychologist and<br />Adolescent Psychologist specializing in eating disorders. <br /><ul><li> I feel that I already have extensive experience dealing with children and their families and I would like to be able to help troubled or difficult children.</li></li></ul><li><ul><li>I have considered becoming an eating disorder therapist because I have seen how strongly our society has negatively affected the self-esteem of pre-teen and teenage girls.
