  1. 1. Meridius Medical presents
  2. 2. Identify the muscles of the middle back
  3. 3. Measure the length of the target area with tape
  4. 4. Cut 2 pieces of tape to the same length
  5. 5. Join the ends of the two pieces of tape and round all the edges
  6. 6. Tear through and remove paper backing from one end of the tape
  7. 7. Anchor it on the left side of the identified muscle
  8. 8. Do the same with the other length of tape on the opposite side
  9. 9. Stretch the tape over the length of the muscle
  10. 10. Stretch the tape over the length of the muscle
  11. 11. Firmly press the tape down on the skin
  12. 12. Taped muscles of the middle back
