Kinesiology taping biceps_brachii

  1. 1. Meridius Medical presents
  2. 2. Identify the biceps brachii muscle

  4. 4. Measure the length of muscle with tape
  5. 5. Cut the tape to length
  6. 6. Round one end
  7. 7. Fold the tape, leaving room at the rounded end
  8. 8. Cut in half, lengthwise
  9. 9. Round the tails, as well
  10. 10. Tear through and remove the backing paper from the single rounded end
  11. 11. Anchor the rounded end at the base of the cubital fossa
  12. 12. Stretch the tape over the anterior margin of the muscle
  13. 13. Peel the paper backing from the other tail
  14. 14. Stretch the other tail over the posterior margin of the muscle
  15. 15. Massage over tape for adhesion
  16. 16. The tail ends should meet at the margin of the muscle
