One idea per post it note.• Collect the post – it’s from all members• Take a minute to sort post it’s into categories (many will be duplicates)• Great ideas become your action items
    17. 17. Action items!!!• Under the goal write one idea at a time• Brainstorm as a group• What needs to be done to achieve this action item and accomplish the goal• Write ideas on flip chart• Assign who is taking responsibility• Assign a due date
