To whom it may concern,
Melech Mann was employed by the Social Service Agency of Modiin Ilit, Israel from
April 2013 until June 2014.
His responsibilities included the supervision of after school activity centers for
elementary school aged boys who required a safe and enriching environment in the
afternoon hours. A substantial part of Melech's workload was centered on providing
individualized counseling to the parents of several of the children who attended the
program.
In addition, Melech was charged with overseeing the meetings of children with their
non-custodial parents who for various reasons required supervised visitation.
Melech provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the visitations and
intervened therapeutically when necessary on a case by case basis.
Melech's work is characterized by devotion to his clients, creative thinking, and a
willingness to think "outside the box." Melech relates to others with empathy and
respect and injects a warm humor into his relationship with clients. He is capable of
forming a compassionate and caring relationship with all types of clients.
Our agency was Melech's first place of employment and he made great strides in
overcoming language barriers and cultural differences in order to succeed. He is a
willing employee, always eager to learn and grow in his field of expertise. In the
course of his employment at our agency Melech was well liked and respected by his
colleagues.
