The not so fine print - To qualify for ENS your employer must be a lawfully operating business in Australia and your position must provide
full time employment for at least two years (as of 01 July 2012). The position must meet minimum skills, salary level and other eligibility
criteria. The nominee/employee must satisfy the skills, qualifications, English, age and other regulatory requirements. Dependents of the
nominee/employee can accompany as long as they satisfy the visa requirements. Job Capital fees must be paid in full before 30th May.
