Bullying o Amount of students involved o How this has affected another student IV.  Name of Witness: Alex Billings  Specific Statements: o “I acted like it didn’t bother me, but really I wanted all the talk and teasing to stop.” o “I don’t want anyone to make a big deal about this, but when I stayed home from school, I’d usually meet up with friends, and we would play video games.” o “It’s a great school. I have made some really nice friends, and I love it there. I can’t wait to spend the rest of high school studying there. I have all A’s, and I haven’t missed a day yet.”  Evidence to be entered through testimony: o How Billings handled a conflict when Pearson or a classmate would make fun of him/her o Activities Billings took part in instead of being in school o Billings’s opinion of SJA V.  Name of Witness: Francis Billings  Specific Statements: o “However, as I understand it, as soon as my kid walks through the school doors, the school administration is responsible for supervising them and ensuring their well-being.” o “I was blaming Alex’s problems on video games.” o “They didn’t even know he/she wasn’t there…” o “They should have been concerned…”  Evidence to be entered through testimony: o Parental negligence o Contributory negligence
