3. What type of leader do you see yourself
as?
 I see myself as an open-minded leader.
 Who listen to others and see if their
information makes sense before I make a
decision.

4. Why?
I see myself as an open-minded leader
because:-
 I have an ability to see things easily from
different point of views.
 I accept and respect others beliefs and
choices.
 I am curious to know about other ideas.
 I am eager to learn new things because the
journey of learning never stops.

5. How can I improve my leadership skills?
 Setting my objectives
 Responding flexibly
 Making smart decisions
 Supporting others
 Learning from failure
 Accepting my mistakes

6. Talk about one person in your life that is a good
leader.
 That would be my FATHER!
 He is a very fair and even-handed person who keeps an open
mind and do not make snap judgements.
 My father is able to trust and let go of control so my mother
can take charge.
 He is humble and courageous.
 He is always positive about things.
