 After purchase of the property, if the customer faces any issue, they can
use their PIN number to lodge a complain with the company
telephonically.
 The company addresses the issue with in two working days & tries to
solve it as soon as possible.
 There are norms to follow up & meet the maintenance work according
the terms & conditions noted with the paper.
