Humanities?
A set of discipline that includes
grammar, philosophy, literature,
history & music.
Man is the center of Humanities.
Derived from the Latin word “humanus”
means human.
It records or interprets man’s thinking,
feeling, regrets, aspirations, failures & what
he is supposed to do & not to do in the world.
It gives comfort/relief from the boring
world.
Art that is the by-product
of humanities is looking at
things beyond matters.
Why Study
Humanities?
It is true that the subject does not direct
anyone to finding fortune.
The question becomes a demonstration of
a complete ignorance to the true meaning
of life.
To equip students with culture that is
necessary to complete his being.
