  2. 2.  We’ll show you how to turn the three WORST New Year’s resolution shackles into solutions that will move you forward!
  3. 3.  Problem: You define a resolution, not a plan. You eagerly focus on the end goal without anyway of getting there. Solution: Micro-task your resolution or goal. When you create a resolution, or any goal for that matter, you must have a plan of attack! To be successful, you need to make sure your plan is1. Specific2. Measurable3. Micro-tasked
  4. 4.  Problem: Change is really difficult. Change is something you have to adopt on a daily basis. No one is above the necessity to change everyday, albeit doesn’t really mean that we embrace it or practice it. Solution: Start small and focus on replacing instead of losing or leaving behind.
  5. 5. Naturally when we think of change, we think of losing, discarding orleaving something or some habit behind us. We think that we change, walk away and that’s it. We’re done.
  6. 6.  Problem: Without accountability you can quit anytime. Solution: Talk to your team, if you don’t have a team, check in with your spouse a friend or a colleague. Share a Google doc with them with a list of your micro-tasked resolutions and goals for your small business. It’s really that simple. With no one to be accountable too you would just spend more time THINKING about your resolution than DOING to reach your resolution.
  7. 7. Make yourself a big fabulous ‘Seinfeld calendar‘ and use the biggest butcher paper and red sharpie you can get your hands on.The point is to make sure that whatever it is you haveresolved to do or whatever goal you have made, thereis a way to track your progress and share it with people.
  8. 8. So start resolving today, ‘Do or do not,’ don’t let TRY get in the way!
