7. Nitriding Process
Liquid Nitriding is carried out at 570 degree
Celsius.
The part which requires high wear resistance,
corrosion resistance and close dimensional
tolerance are Nitrided.
Our Nitriding Capacity: 150kg parts per batch.
We have 3 furnaces.
10. Case Hardening Process
‘Our case hardening’ set up includes one pre heating,
Two Sealed Quench Furnaces, one Washing Machine
and Two Tempering Machine, with each 650 kg
capacity.
It has the ability to Case Harden,
Carbo-Nitride and Harden the parts in it.
The set up has SCADA Software.
If required, data of each batch is available at any time.
11. We do Case Hardening for:
All Speed Gears of Three Wheeler Kick Shaft, Push
Rod, Drive shaft etc.
We do Carbo-Nitriding for:
• JW Lever, Clutch Plates, Re-enforcement Plate, Screw.
We do hardening and tempering
for:• Rotor ,Stem, Bolts etc.
12. Process for Induction Hardening:
In this process, Parts are heated with electrical
induction where high frequency current is passed
through copper tube coil and due to induction
eddy current passes through the part. As parts
have self electrical resistance, they get heated to
850-900 degree Celsius and the part is quenched.
Here medium carbon steel is used.
‘Thread Softening’ can also be done with this
machine.
13. Our Machine Capacity:
High Frequency 350 KHZ, 20 KW.
Medium Frequency 50 KHZ, 30 KW.
We do ‘Induction Hardening’ for:
•For Rod Shift, Armature Shaft, Drive Shaft, Hub Pin,
Pinion etc.
14. Vibro Cleaning:
Our Gala Precision made ‘Vibro Cleaning Machine’
takes care of the perfect cleaning.
It has 35 kg capacity and ceramic media is used for
cleaning.

•Lever clutch plate, Re-
enforcement Plate etc.
