This technique allows us to precisely page control implant positions three-dimensionally dolor and to fabricate implant prosthesis prior to implant surgery. Surgery IImmediiate lloadiing Surgery mmed ate oad ng The surgery on mandible is performed with the customized surgical template (5). Five implants are placed and immediately loaded with the provisional 5 6 prosthesis (6, 7). After one week of post- insertion visit, we could observe the 7 8 provisional prosthesis precisely following the gingival contours (8). The surgery on maxillary will be performed in end of February with the same protocol. IInterdiisciiplliinary Traiiniing nterd sc p nary Tra n ng Due to the unique characteristic of the immediate loading procedure, it requires a close collaboration between prosthodontic and periodontic residents. This interdisciplinary treatment provides a good training model that mutually benefits the education of both prosthodontic and periodontic residents.
