BACKGROUND Bristol-Myers Squibb is a global BioPharma company firmly focused on its mission to discover, develop and deliver innovative medicines that help patients prevail over serious diseases. " " With such a big company, the problem wasn’t that there weren’t any resources for new joiners, the problem was that there were too many, and that they were completely decentralized and " uncoordinated. This made it challenging for new joiners to " know what resources were available to them, and where they could access them from.

SOLUTION Maximum developed a centralized onboarding platform, which organized existing materials and old initiatives into a single, easy to use directory of information, resources, tools and educational materials.

By taking a user-centred approach and working closely with BMS’s HR team, we were able to organise each of these different services into core functions based on user needs, behaviours, level of experience, and business unit within the company.
