He is passionate about Lactose Free milk since he and his daughter are both lactose intolerant. George Clark is co-founder of KyDPI and is a co-inventor of the new technology being used by KyDPI. George is a biochemist, the co-owner of seven patents and has over 50 years of nutrition, bio- medical diagnostic, and health care related product development sales, marketing, and senior management experience. Mary Ann Clark is also a co- founder of KyDPI. She has been a Registered Nurse for almost 35 years and is an experienced practitioner of individual care and child nutrition, in which she currently co-holds seven patents, five of which pertain to nutrition and beverage fortification. Matthew Clark President George Clark COO Mary Ann Clark CTO Dr. Hicks is currently a professor food science at the University of Kentucky where he specializes in Dairy Chemistry/Microbiology in the department of animal science.
