Introduction to PAOK Programme 2009-2012 in Finland (Pirkanmaan avoin oppimiskulttuuri -ohjelma). The PAOK Programme was a development programme for general and vocational upper secondary education of Tampere region, Finland. It promoted systematic implementation of ICT in teaching and learning.
