• NARRATIVE: Physical activity is a bodily movement that uses energy to contract muscles. ( NOTE TO FACILITATOR: Provide a visual demonstration to the audience by moving your arms or legs.) NARRATIVE, CONTINUED: Physical activity can be structured, like playing on a basketball team, or unstructured, like playing tag outside or riding bikes. Physical activity can also be part of everyday activities such as taking the dog for a walk or sweeping the floor. There are many health benefits associated with regular physical activity. Physically active youth have higher levels of cardiovascular fitness compared with youth who are inactive. Physical activity helps to build and maintain stronger bones and muscles. Many of the risk factors for chronic diseases, including heart disease, high blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes, begin to develop early in life. Regular physical activity reduces the risk of developing these risk factors and of becoming obese. Regular physical activity also reduces the symptoms of anxiety and depression. Research shows that physical activity among adolescents can positively affect their concentration, memory and classroom behavior. Establishing regular physical activity early in life makes it more likely that children will remain healthy as adults.
  • NARRATIVE: What does all of this actually mean? The key points to remember are that children and adolescents should do At least 60 minutes of physical activity every day ; and Most of the 60 minutes should be spent doing aerobic activities. It is very important that children and adolescents participate in a variety of activities, especially activities that they enjoy. This enhances skill development, reduces the risk of overuse injuries and increases the likelihood of continuing to be active as they get older. It is also important to know that the Guidelines take into consideration the natural activity patterns of children. Children often move between short bursts of activity and short periods of rest. All episodes of moderate- or vigorous-intensity activities count towards the daily requirement. Unstructured active play can provide all 3 types of physical activity.
  • NARRATIVE: There are many barriers that make it difficult for young people to meet the physical activity guidelines. Young people may not believe that physical activity is important for a healthy lifestyle or feel that they have the ability to perform a physical activity. Lack of support from family and friends also can prevent youth from meeting the guidelines. Environmental factors that make it difficult to participate in physical activity include low availability of safe locations to be active and physical activity equipment, costs of physical activities, and time constraints.

    51. 57. IS NEWSPAPER DYING…?

Globalism . The future of the Internet global distribution of information and knowledge at lower and lower cost will continue to lift the world community for generations to come. People will have access to any information they wish, get smarter sooner, and be more aware of the world outside their local environment. A better informed humanity will make better macro-level decisions, and an increasingly integrated world will drive international relations towards a global focus.

Communities . The future of the Internet communications revolution is ongoing, now uniting communities as it recently united networks. Not everything about the Internet is global; an interconnected world is also locally interconnected. The Internet will increasingly be used for communications within communities as much as across countries. Local communities will organize in virtual space and take increasing advantage of group communication tools such as mailing lists, newsgroups, and websites, and towns and cities will become more organized and empowered at the neighborhood level.

    52. 58. CONTI….

Virtual reality . The future of the Internet technological revolution will continue to be made in man's image. Experiments with wide area voice and video communications on the Internet began to be held in the early 1990's. Three dimensional graphics will become more sophisticated, and virtual reality interfaces such as viewers and tactile feedback systems will become more realistic. The technology will be applied to innovative ways to navigate the Internet's information universe, for hyper-realistic gaming, and for group communications. There will come a day when you will be able to have dinner with a group of friends each in a different city, almost as though you were in the same room, although you will all have to bring your own food.

Integration . The future of the Internet integration with an increasing number of other technologies is as natural as a musician's experimentation with notes. The Internet will become increasingly integrated with phones, televisions, home appliances, portable digital assistants, and a range of other small hardware devices, providing an unprecedented, nearly uniform level of integrated data communications. Users will be able to access, status, and control this connected infrastructure from anywhere on the Internet.

    53. 59. GROWTH OF INTERNET
    54. 60. INTERNET USAGE
    55. 61. INTERNET TRAFFIC
    56. 62. DECLINE OF PAPER INDUSTRY

Some items of news like stock market prices are now available almost in real-time.

However, there are other areas where newspapers score over the Internet-news.

    58. 64. WHO KILLED THE NEWSPAPER?

The most useful bit of the media is disappearing. A cause for concern, but not for panic…

    59. 66.

Provide the internet at a specific age.

    60. 67.

Every one should use internet for a specific time ,we should take part in other activities ,so much time use of internet make a person so much weak ,so we should take part in physical games improve our health.

    61. 68.

There should no permission of using internet in separate room. children should use internet in guidance of there parents .

    63. 70.

Spend not much time for getting entertainment like online games , movies , songs etc but for getting useful information such as for study

    64. 71.

Online friendship should not be with

Bad peoples e.g. friend list of good friends on Face Book

    65. 72.

If one knows hacking techniques then it should use them for right purposes.

    66. 73.

Youth should take an introductory course about uses of internet in which they should taught about how to use internet for right purposes e.g. many of student don’t know how to get helps in their study using internet. They should be taught on this in this course.
