I am a (solution) architect, working in an agile way, focused on helping clients succeed, by providing them with exact solutions and striving to continuously improve the delivery of services. Currently I am (ad interim) facilitating and coaching a team of Requirements analists, adopting agile management (management 3.0) as my leadership style. As a "teacher leader" - which I aim to be - I value learning, so I still teach courses (Lean, agile) in our Academy. In the mean time we are (as a team) figuring out how to make the cultural / organisational changes that are necessary for succesfully implementing DevOps. It's all about people!
