Ability to perform the same job at the age of 60 5  The European average percentage of workers who answered that the would not be able to do the same job when they reached the age of 60 is 30%  Dutch workers are much more positive. Only 11% thinks that they are not able to do the same job at 60.  In Germany 20%, in Belgium 34% and France even 44% of the workers answerden that the would not be able to continue their job until the age of 60 HRM Trends - HRM Workplace

Correlation between job sustainability and employment rate 6  This graph shows a strong linear trend between the employment rate and job sustainability: the percentages of ‘NO’ answers on the question “do you think you will be able to do the same job you are doing now when you are 60 years old?”  The employment rate in the Netherlands for the age group 50-59 belongs to the highest in Europe . Nearly 90% of the Dutch workers expect to be able to do the same work at the age of 60 years. This is remarkable high level. HRM Trends - HRM Workplace
